Michael Rosengart

Michael Rosengart is the Personal Training Coordinator for the Recreational Sports and Fitness Department at American Univeristy in Washington, D.C.. Michael is also an adjunct professor for the Health Studies Department at American University where he teaches the Principles of Weightlifting and Cross Training, as well as a 10-week Personal Training Workshop.

Previously, Michael worked at Equinox Fitness for over 13 years as a Master Instructor (Educator), Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer. Michael also served as an Assistant Kinesiology Instructor, Strength Coach and Assistant Football Coach at Santa Monica College in Los Angeles while he wrote his very first book, Prehab Exercise Book for Runners.

Michael has authored and illustrated the following books: Prehab Exercise Book for Runners, Prehab Exercise Book for Soft Tissue Therapy, and Prehab Exercises Static Stretching – An Illustrated Guide to the ABC Approach.
